According to my makeup artist friends, colorful makeup makes you look younger.
In other words, ka-age.
But before you start hoarding the colors of the rainbow at your favorite makeup counter, keep in mind that "colorful" doesn't mean shocking.
In other words, matrona.

Peg: Think of a teenager's face (with good skin) — flawless skin, rosy cheeks, slightly thick eyebrows, and the look of just-been-bitten lips.

Translation:
Flawless skin = Concealer + Foundation
Rosy cheeks = Pinkish or peach-colored blush
Slightly thick eyebrows = Well-groomed brows using brow pencil/powder
Just-been-bitten lips = Pinkish red lipstick (Pink on the outer part of the lips and redish hue on center, blended)
