Here's a something your kids can enroll in this summer.
A message from Chef Stephanie Zubiri:
This summer, we have many upcoming exciting activities! Including for the little ones! We are now opening our hands on classes which are also open to children ages 8 years old and up. It’s a maximum of 6 people per class so everything is highly supervised.
Cooking for Kids!
What started as just a kiddie class, big kids got jealous! So we’re opening two kinds. 8 to 12 years old for the kid’s class, every Monday 1 to 4 pm from April 25 to May 23. There is also the 13 and up for the big kids! If your kids are younger and you feel they are confident enough in the kitchen kindly clear with us first. Some classes are more adapted to younger kids that the others. Maximum 6 children (and big kids) in a class: P2,500.00 per person per class.
Gnocchi class (April 11-big kids; May 16-children)
-Learn how to make gnocchi and two kinds of sauces: tomato and blue cheese
Simple Cooking Techniques (April 6-big kids; May 23-children)
-sauté, pan frying fish and meat, basic knife skills, deglazing, cooking vegetables
Pasta and Pasta Sauces (May 4-big kids; May 2-children)
-how to properly cook pasta, learn about different shapes and uses, learn how to make sauce bases: tomato sauce, fresh pesto and cream sauces, create your own signature pasta with an assortment of toppings
Risotto Balls (May 11-big kids; May 9-children)
-Make a simple risotto, choose your add in ingredients for your own signature flavor, and learn how to make fried risotto balls.
Say Cheese Please! (April 27-big kids; April 25-children)
-Fried Mozzarella sticks with quick marinara sauce
-Cheesy Artichoke and Pesto Dip
-Easy Melted Brie and Jelly
-Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Terms of Payment:
You must pay classes no later than one week before in order to reserve your spot. Cancellations will only be accepted up to three days before the class if not you will forfeit your payment. If you do cancel three days ahead, you will get a credit for another class of your choice.
Payment can be made in cash directly at our office:
317 Lirio Street, Palm Village, Makati. Weekdays from 10am to 1pm.
You can also pay in check, made out to Epicurus Inc. You may also deposit the amount to our account but please send us a copy or, scan and email the deposit slip so that we may track your payment. Please make sure we receive the copy of your deposit slip at least one week before the class so we can guarantee your slot.
