Did you know? It has been proven by scientists that healthy eating habits are developing with your baby's first meals.
I'm exited to share this with all mommy readers! It's about time that we empower ourselves (and our nannies too) to take control on what we feed our kids!
I encourage you to enroll or bring your nanny/cook with you to this cooking class. It would be one of the best gifts you could give your little ones plus, it's affordable too!
Here's a message from my friend and Galm-O-Mama founder, Amanda Griffin-Jacob:
Hi Glam-O-Mamas!
We are excited to invite you to join our Nutritional Cooking Classes/Seminars for your Babies/Toddlers/Pre-schoolers Food.
Nutritional awareness and know-how for your children is essential to help them develop optimally, both mentally and physically.
Start them young! Introduce healthy food and good eating habits to your babies. It will help your kid to make healthy food choices in the future. |
In this regard, Glam-O-Mamas has teamed up with Tiny Spoon (Oh Baby!) to bring you an educational and fun nutritional cooking class and seminar so that you are adequately equipped to fulfill your growing child's needs.
Chefs Tina Trillana-Lagdameo and Rebecca Disini-Gomez of Tiny Spoon (Oh, Baby!) will be sharing 12 nutritious recipes for your babies. The first of several training modules, they will cover the importance of good nutrition in children's development, guidelines for making healthy food choices and preparation of nutritious meals that the whole family will love to eat.
There will be 3 classes held at Imagine That! Creative Play space, Salcedo Village, Makati:
March 1, 2011: 9am-2pm: Cooking for Babies
April 5, 2011: Cooking for Toddlers
June 28, 2011: Cooking for Pre-Schoolers
Fee: P500 per person. P350 per nanny/cook that you bring with you but they can only come when accompanied by their boss.
Places are limited for the March 1st class. Please message me directly if you are interested in attending.
Email clairegjacob@gmail.com for bookings.
Many thanks,
Glam-O-Mama Amanda
