Nic's Bakeshop

Mabuhay!

Baby Dylan and I had an advance Valentine's Day date at Powerplant Mall yesterday. Haha! Anyway, while looking for a place to park the stroller and eat, I zeroed in on a tableful of yummy delights from Nic's Bakeshop: parmesan ensaymada, cheese rolls, milkfish dips, wheat chips, and other cakes, pastries, and lasagna. I got so excited that I was juggling Dylan on one arm and grabbing goodies on the other!

I also found out that the person behind Nic's Bakeshop is Inquirer columnist Rina Silayan Go's! Don't you just love women who balance fashion and food?

You must try her food! They're delish! I recommend the parmesan ensaymada, Dip 'N Toss Milkfish in tomato basil and mushroom capers, as well as her wheat crisps!

Must try: Parmesan ensaymadaahhh...

Say cheese! (From left) Mega Cheese Bread and Cheese Rolls

Dip 'N Toss Smoked Milkfish in tomato basil and mushroom capers. Great for dips and with pasta!
Pair the Dip 'N Toss Smoked Milkfish with wheat crisps! So addicting!
Meat packed lasagna is made from layers of pasta, mozzarella, and Bolognese sauce. I want to try this next!

I wish I could enumerate all of Nic's Bakeshop's food but it's a lot! You just have to visit their booth at the at Baker’s Dozen Fair at G/F Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City, every weekend of February and starting February 11 and on the 19th at The Art in the Park, Salcedo Village, Makati City.

Hi! Would like to correct, if I may. Rina Go is no longer the owner of Viseversa since early 2010. A husband-and-wife team now manage the brand. :)
